Rainbow Apparel trades as Rainbow, Rainbow Kids, Rainbow Plus, Rainbow Price, Caren Charles, 5-7-9, Foxmoor and Ups-N-Down at 1,000 locations nationwide and internationally.  The apparel stores occupy spaces of 1,800 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. in malls, strip centers and downtown areas.  Plans call for 150 openings nationwide during the coming 18 months.
