Fun Factory
Retail Concepts International/Fun Factory trades as various concepts, tailored
to the theme and area of the project, at 30 locations in GA, the west coast,
midwestern states, the South Pacific and in Canada. The themed family fun
centers, featuring sports, games, billiards, video games, prizes and simulators
as well as food and retail components, occupy spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 12,000
sq.ft. in urban/downtown, malls and entertainment and tourist centers. Plans
call for 10 openings annually. Expansion will take place in major metropolitan
areas nationwide. Preferred cotenants include mega-plex movie theaters and food
retailers. Leases running 10 years or five years plus a five-year option are
typical. A white box and tenant improvement allowance are required.

B&B Theatres
B&B Movie Company trades as B&B Theatres at 27 locations in KS, MO and OK. The
movie theaters occupy spaces of 13,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. in freestanding
locations, malls and entertainment and strip centers. Plans call for six
openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout KS
and MO.
