The Bridgemont Group is developing an event and entertainment destination called Bridgemont at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Highway 66 in Sevierville, TN, eight miles southwest of Bass Pro Shops. Bridgemont is situated on a land area of 1,000 acres and includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a second 18-hole resort course, a new City of Sevierville’s Event Center Complex and associated lodging. Plans include construction of resort cabins and condominiums, vacation ownership accommodations and both indoor and outdoor water parks. Bridgemont is marketing multiple parcels for a power village retail shopping development, themed entertainment development and construction of unique dining concepts.
