Magic Johnson Theatres

Loews Cinema Entertainment trades as Magic Johnson Theatres at five locations throughout CA, GA, NY, OH and TX. The movie theaters occupy spaces of 60,000 sq.ft. in power centers, malls and urban/downtown locations. Growth opportunities are sought nationwide during the coming 18 months. Typical leases run 20 years with four five-year options. Demographic requirements include a population of 400,000 within five miles. A vanilla shell and tenant improvement allowance are required.

Plans call for as many as two openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout AZ, IL, IN, MI and WI. The company prefers to cotenant with restaurants. A land area of 5.0 acres to 6.0 acres is required.
