The Richard E. Forest City Development is planning to develop a 132-acre mixed-use center located at the intersection of North Dallas Tollway and the Virginia Parkway interchange in Frisco, TX. The property will feature major retail anchors, entertainment venues, specialty stores and restaurants, as well as other mixed-use components. The company also is planning to develop NorthField at Stapleton, a one million sq.ft., outdoor center located in Denver, CO. Opening for that project is slated for October.
