LE CREUSET STORE

schiller Store Inc. operates 30 outlet stores in AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, ME, MO, NC, NJ, OR, SC, TX and VA. The company is also rolling out a full-price concept. As to expansion for the houseware outlet stores, spaces of 1,800 sq.ft. to 2,200 sq.ft. are sought in outlet centers nationwide. Only outlet centers generating $350 psf in sales will be considered. A three to five year lease is typical for the outlet stores. The full-price store will occupy 3,500 sq.ft. in upscale downtown areas, freestanding facilities, lifestyle and specialty centers.
