PALACE ENTERTAINMENT

Palace Entertainment, doing business under various trade names, currently operates 20 entertainment units in CA, FL, NH and NY. Palace Entertainment plans on two to three openings during the coming 18 months. Spaces of six to 20 acres are sought in freestanding, entertainment and tourist locations nationwide.

Silver Screen Theatres, represented by Silver Screen Real Estate, currently operates seven theaters in AZ, CA, CO and TX. Silver Screen Theatres plans on two openings in the next 18 months. Spaces of 30,000 sq.ft. to 60,000 sq.ft. are sought in power centers, malls, strips, specialty centers and freestanding locations nationwide. Preferred demographics include a population of 100,000 residing in five miles, earning an average income of $26,000. High parking ratios are also a must.

HOYTS THEATERS CORP.

Hoyts Theatres currently operates 111 movie theaters nationwide. Hoyts Theatres is seeking spaces of 30,000 sq.ft. to 60,000 sq.ft. in power centers, malls and freestanding facilities nationwide. Typical leases run 20 years with four five-year options.

Sega Gameworks LLC, currently operates 15 entertainment centers in AZ, CA, FL, IL, MI, NV, OH, TX and WA. Sega Gameworks offers a combination of games, full service restaurant and music. The company is seeking spaces of 20,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. in freestanding 

facilities, regional malls, urban and entertainment centers nationwide. Preferred co-tenants include movie theaters, book stores, restaurants and record stores. Preferred demographics include metropolitan markets with a population of more than one million, earning an average income of $60,000. Major competitors include Jillian's, Dave & Busters and ESPN Zone. The first store opened in 1996.
