O&S Holdings, LLC is developing Bridge Street Town Centre in McKinney, TX. The one million sq.ft. mixed-use development contains 500,000 sq.ft. of retail stores and restaurants; a 200-room, four-star hotel; a 25,000 sq.ft. convention center and 200,000 sq.ft. of office space. The center is located at the intersection of U.S. 75 and Highway 121, with an average daily traffic count of 233,400 vehicles. Opening is slated for 2008.

Roadside Development is developing The Village at College Park. The five-acre, mixed-use site is located on Route 1 in College Park, MD, adjacent to an IKEA. The development features two pavilion buildings with a central court, covered parking for the residential units and office tenants, three out parcel buildings, 39,000 sq.ft. of retail space, 21,000 sq.ft. of office space and 12 duplex town homes. Cotenants include Panera Bread, BB&T Bank and Verizon Wireless. The development is slated for occupancy this fall.

Sierra Realty Advisors is preleasing Rosemont Walk in Rosemont, IL. The pedestrian-friendly 60-acre development will add 600,000 sq. ft. of prime retail, office and entertainment space, as well as over 1,100 hotel rooms. A Muvico movie theater complex, spanning about 110,000 sq.ft. with about 4,000 seats and 22 movie screens, will anchor the development. Grand opening of Rosemont Walk is slated for Fall 2007, while newer stores and attractions will open in Spring 2008.

Community Redevelopment Agency is redeveloping Downtown Cape Coral, located at the intersection of Candia Street and Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral, FL. The mixed-use center includes residential space, a hotel, restaurants and retail and office space. The development comprises of the Cape Vincent; the Piazza di Venezia; the Coronado Terrace; the Village Square; the Cape Villagio and the Cape Paradise Resort. Cape Villagio contains 118 units of residential condominium space and 34,120 sq.ft. of retail space with 26,396 sq.ft. available. Cape Vincent contains 236 residential units and 46,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant space on approximately eight acres. Piazza di Venezia consists of eleven buildings with retail and restaurant spaces available of 6,400 sq.ft. to 40,348 sq.ft. and office spaces available of 12,800 sq.ft. to 33,054 sq.ft.; 224 hotel rooms; a 2,024-seat movie theater, storage and parking spaces.

The Barber Group is developing Bellafont in Fayetteville, AR. The retail, office and condominium complex is located at the intersection of East Joyce Boulevard and Vantage. Masons Boutique, which offers women’s clothing and accessories, has signed as the first tenant. Additional retail will be built soon, as well as a 12-story office building. Mason’s Boutique is scheduled to be completed early next year, with additional retail opening in June 2007. A 15 or 16-level condominium tower will follow and could be open by Spring 2008. Once completed, Bellafont will feature more than 500,000 sq.ft. of mixed-use space, including two office buildings and two condominium towers.
