Moss & Associates is developing Downtown Dadeland on North Kendall Drive in Miami, FL. Swanson Developments is developing Victory Station in Murfreesboro, TN. The lifestyle development will span 90 acres, including a 455,000 sq.ft. center with outparcels, commercial highway, restaurants and a hotel. Approximately 77 acres are zoned for multi-family residential space. The Publix-anchored center is slated to open by October 2007. The company is also developing 400 acres called Kingdom Ridge, within one half mile of Victory Station, slated for approximately 2,000 residential units, in addition to commercial and multi-family zoned parcels of 19.4 acres and 24.8 acres.
